Brief
history statement about IBAS Biography
I.B.A.S. is a bilingual,
family-run business that began in the Pilsen-Little Village
community more than 30 years ago by Ulises Villa Sr. With
his two sons, Hiram and Ulises Jr., leading the way for
the next generation, the Villa family strives to guide
others to find the success in business they have enjoyed.
We began doing taxes for People from Asia, Africa, South
and Central America, and Mexico. When nobody wanted to
provide service to them, we were leaders in reaching out
to minority communities. We were among the first Hispanic-owned
accounting, payroll and business management companies.
We continue to increase our menu of services from expediting
business licenses to translating and teaching clients
how to open, run and succeed in the business world.
We have grown beyond Illinois to include six mid-western
states and plan to expand further in the years to come.
We take a very personal interest in each of our clients’
businesses, allowing us to become a trusted advisor in
the ever-increasing complexities of the professional arena.
And we are always happy to give back to our community.
